SMS Messaging Service

By opting in to the HMCITY SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us. These messages are limited to customer support communications, order updates, service notifications, warranty status updates, and troubleshooting assistance. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Messages are sent via SMS only. MMS messages are not used.

How to Opt In

You may opt in only through our standalone consent page at https://hmcitytrade.com/SMS-from. On that page, you must voluntarily provide your phone number and manually check an unchecked checkbox to confirm your consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, warranty registration, or service.

Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is completely separate from SMS consent. You can register your warranty without opting into SMS messages. Providing your phone number for warranty purposes does not automatically opt you into SMS. SMS consent requires a separate, explicit action on the SMS consent page.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your support request. You will only receive messages related to your specific customer support issue, warranty claim, order update, or troubleshooting request. You will not receive any promotional or marketing messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply HELP. These commands are supported at all times. After you opt out, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us except for a confirmation message of your opt-out request.

Phone Number Permission

You must be the account holder or have permission to use the phone number you provide. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers or third-party service providers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may reply STOP to opt out.
